Peter Shilton CBE – Patron & Cofounder
Peter Shilton is widely regarded as one of England’s greatest ever goalkeepers. During a remarkable professional career spanning more than 30 years, he played over 1,000 league matches and represented clubs including Leicester City, Nottingham Forest and Southampton FC. Shilton won two European Cups with Nottingham Forest and remains England’s most-capped male player, earning 125 international appearances between 1970 and 1990. He represented England at three FIFA World Cups and is renowned for his consistency, longevity and leadership.
Following his playing career, has become a respected football ambassador, speaker and, most significantly, an advocate for gambling addiction recovery.


Gary Lineker
Gary Lineker is one of England’s most celebrated footballers and broadcasters. A prolific striker, he scored 48 goals in 80 appearances for England and won the Golden Boot as the top scorer at the 1986 FIFA World Cup. During his club career, he played for Leicester City F.C., Everton F.C., FC Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur F.C.. Renowned for his sportsmanship and goalscoring ability, Lineker later became one of the UK’s most recognisable television presenters, fronting football coverage and major sporting events for many years.
Graham Gooch OBE
Graham Gooch is one of England’s greatest cricketers and one of the most prolific run-scorers in the history of the game. During an international career spanning more than 20 years, he represented England in 118 Test matches, scoring 8,900 Test runs and captaining the national side between 1990 and 1993. At county level, he spent his entire career with Essex County Cricket Club, helping establish them as one of England’s leading teams. Following retirement, Gooch remained closely involved in cricket as a coach, mentor and respected ambassador for the sport.


Terry Butcher
Terry Butcher is a former England international footballer and one of the country’s most respected defenders. Renowned for his bravery, leadership and commitment, he earned 77 caps for England between 1980 and 1990 and captained the national team on several occasions. At club level, he enjoyed successful spells with Ipswich Town F.C., Rangers F.C. and Coventry City F.C.. Butcher is perhaps best remembered for his blood-soaked performance against Sweden in 1989, which became an iconic image of determination in English football. Following retirement, he pursued a career in football management and punditry.
Paul Parker
Paul Parker is a former England international footballer best known for his versatility, pace and defensive ability. He earned 19 caps for England between 1990 and 1994, representing his country at the 1990 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1992. At club level, Parker enjoyed successful spells with Fulham F.C., Queens Park Rangers F.C. and Manchester United F.C., where he won two Premier League titles. Following his playing career, he became a respected football pundit, commentator and ambassador for the game.
